How can I partner with Soca Islands?

What is your commission structure?
We offer a 12% commission on the adventure cost, excluding extra hotel nights or single supplements. Commissions are paid on the 28th of the month when your client’s trip departs. Plus, if you sell 30 trips in one year, you could win a $3,000 credit voucher.
How does the booking process work for travel agents?
Once you’re registered as an affiliate, you can book directly on our website for your clients, or they can book themselves. Just make sure to alert us after booking so we can count it as an agent booking and ensure you receive your commission.

Our itineraries are set, but we do offer some flexibility for group bookings of eight or more.

How does Soca Islands handle customer service and support during trips?
Our customer experience team is available 24/7 Monday through Friday, with an emergency support number for weekends. During the trip, your clients will be in great hands with our local partners, and we’re always here to step in if needed.
What are your cancellation terms?
Our cancellation policy for travel agent bookings is the same as for direct bookings. If a client cancels within 60 days or less of departure and has paid in full, you’ll still receive your commission. If the cancellation happens more than 60 days before departure, commission won’t be paid.
